The Mission of 'A Ricchigia is to respect the values and cultural meanings that pistachio cultivation has in the Etnean territory, fostering its potential on national and international markets, in the continuity of the Sicilian pastry and culinary tradition.

The vision of 'A Ricchigia is to offer pistachio and other quality dried fruit products on national and international markets, made with exclusively natural and P.D.O. ingredients, processed according to artisanal techniques and able to meet the preferences of customers attentive to taste, tradition and authenticity.

The launch of the finished product on the market has allowed 'A Ricchigia to present itself to its customers with these uniquenesses:

• Products with natural ingredients, no preservatives, artificial colourings and flavourings

• Traditional flavours (pistachio, mandarla, hazelnut, tomato)

• Flavours suitable for specific occasions (festive products Panettone, Colomba, Cakes, Pastries)
