• daily production with milk coming from 40 farms located at a maximum distance of 20 km from our Isola Rizza dairy, to preserve freshness, quality and traceability.

• lactic maturation, without the use of citric acid.

• no additives or preservatives, only natural ingredients.

• made with traditional spinning wheels.

Our Fiordilatte Mozzarella is perfect for pizza because:

• it melts and spreads evenly even at low temperatures

• it does not burn and does not release water during cooking

• It has a sweet flavor and a white color the surface is smooth and homogeneous.

It also has a very low lactose content, which therefore makes it perfect for those who are intolerant to this substance.
