Dimar Tannery has conquered the Italian and international tanning market, thanks to the passion and dedication of the Franchetti family, who has worked constantly to make the company a point of reference for contemporary "Made in Italy".

The Dimar Tannery produces a wide range of leathers, split and full grain, with exceptional quality and color uniformity, suitable for multiple uses: from footwear to furniture, from bags to belts, up to the automotive sector. Starting from the selection of the raw material, Dimar follows the entire manufacturing process with attention to raw materials and respect for the environment and people.

In addition to the possibility of creating products made upon specific customer request, the company has a large warehouse and an efficient storage system, to always guarantee wide and immediate availability of finished leather.

Sustainability: Green Project

With the eco-sustainable project branded GREEN PROJECT, Dimar Conceria has created a new alternative tanning on grain and split, coming from highly traceable raw materials, which guarantees the absence of chromium and heavy metals. The chemicals used are synthesized in the laboratory to make the skin non-toxic.

To support the project, the Dimar tannery is committed to reducing polluting emissions and consumption, also thanks to the installation of class A systems and photovoltaic panels. It uses reusable packaging and latest generation chemicals. Furthermore, all Dimar leathers are traceable and of exclusively Western European origin, guaranteeing the highest quality.

Dimar has achieved the prestigious LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO-TEX certification. This recognition transparently documents the tannery's responsibility in respecting safety regulations, along the entire production chain, and its constant commitment to guaranteeing the highest quality of its products.

Dimar is LWG – Leather Working Group certified. This certification represents the tannery's strong attention to eco-sustainability, guaranteeing that all phases of leather processing are carried out with full respect for people's environment.

Dimar Conceria has received the “ZERO IMPACT” certificate for the total use of waste derived from leather processing. This certification, issued by the prestigious ILSA company, rewards the company's commitment to recycling and reusing processing by-products, guaranteeing that these are transformed into organic fertilizer.
